Fitness training program

Windsurfing is an extremely physically-demanding sport. 6 day competitions with upwards of 5-6 hours on the water per day, often without support teams or coaches on the water with you.

With my personal trainer from Switzerland, Nicholas Pillonel, we developed the first ever commercial Windsurfing Training Program, available as a downloaded PDF booklet. We sold hundreds of copies, used by professional sailors & coaches all over the globe.
